Network Control Technician monitors performance and performs maintenance processes to ensure network systems operate at required levels of speed and reliability. Identifies and troubleshoots network issues and follows procedures to resolve problems. Being a Network Control Technician documents network issues and configuration changes as soon as they occur. May perform upgrades, preventative maintenance, or equipment installation. Additionally, Network Control Technician follows standard operating procedures to notify users of outages or changes to network status. May require an associate degree. We provide all appointments for bids and treatments. This is a Technician/Customer Service position where our goal is to provide an optimal experience for each customer. The primary portion of the job will be treatments for insects which consist mainly of a thorough inspection blended with an educational approach to the customer to help them make a wise decision. Your job will also include providing the treatment solution. Pest Control is not overly demanding physically and can easily be a profession until retirement.
Hours: Typically Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00 am. Occasional Saturdays, especially during the summer. No Sundays. Option to work 50 hours per week for extra money during peak periods if you like.
Location: You will have a company vehicle and will run your route from your home. All records (invoices, schedule, appointment notes, etc.) are virtual online.
Preference: Your residence in West Side such as Beaverton, Hillsboro and Tigard.
Duties include:
- Treating homes for Rodents and Insects
- Add-on Sales as needed with both current and new customers

Wages:
- Base wage of $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience. You can earn more with a monthly performance bonus for very achievable production levels. There is also a commission incentive to increase your income as a sales consultant with customers.
