Network Engineering Manager manages and implements the plans, designs, and development of all aspects of network systems that will meet an organization's requirements for performance, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Identifies network requirements for hardware, software, and services that will provide optimal solutions and meet the capacity requirement for the organization. Being a Network Engineering Manager conducts network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies. Develops monitoring, maintenance, expansion, contingency, and recovery plans and strategies to ensure the network is responsive to changes in demand. Additionally, Network Engineering Manager keeps abreast with the latest technologies and best practices and utilizes vendors and providers to provide additional resources to support networks. May be certified or has deep knowledge of vendor-specific products. Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Network Engineering Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. About the Job
The Electrical Engineering Technician installs and maintains electrical control systems and equipment, and modifies electrical prototypes, parts, and assemblies to correct problems. When testing systems, the Electrical Engineering Tech will set up equipment and evaluate the performance of developmental parts, assemblies, or systems under simulated conditions, as well as analyze test information to resolve design-related problems.

Individual compensation will vary within a range based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position. RH2 values our employees’ work/life balance and compensates overtime for hours exceeding 40 regular hours in a work week. This position is also eligible for a discretionary performance bonus paid twice a year, dependent upon company and individual performance.
