- Work directly with Owners/Managers and client accounts handling billing, accounts receivable and payable.
- Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems, such as record keeping, filing systems, and office supply inventory
- Ensure efficient and effective communication within the office and with external parties
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Oversee human resources functions, including payroll, 401 K compliance, insurance and onboarding.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, including payroll processing
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing and adhering to company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of office management procedures and systems
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures is a plus
- Experience in professional office management is preferred
