Network Operations Director manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Director provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. The Regional Director of Operations participates on a management team for the district and provides overall planning, direction, evaluation and control of units, achieving operational and financial goals. The Regional Director provides guidance and motivation to District Directors, as well as other Managers and associates. The role also is instrumental in establishing and maintaining effective customer/client rapport with our hospital clients in the Plant Operations Division.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering highly preferred; Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred
Ten years of Multi Unit experience in Facilities Management in an acute care hospital, required
Experience in P&L management
Should have proficiency in CMMS Systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred
Possess a strong knowledge and understanding of healthcare building mechanical, structural, and electrical systems
Must have knowledge and expertise in NFPA, TJC, CMS, DNV, EPA, and OSHA codes and regulations and the ability to interpret and implement
Contract-managed service experience, preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Demonstrates initiative, ownership, multi-tasking, prioritization and organizational skills
Extensive travel required for this position (on the road about 90% of the time)
Ideal candidate will reside in the Midwest United States or be willing to relocate to the Midwest (ideal location would be Chicago, IL)
