Network Operations Director manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Director provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Director leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or it. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Network Operations Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Requirements

    • At least three years of experience in a childcare organization or related experience
    • Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Background working with state and local agencies pertaining to childcare
    • Must pass state-required criminal background check

    Responsibilities

    • Support the School Director in interviewing, hiring and terminating employees
    • Provide supervisory assistance when needed or in the absence of the School Director
    • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly documents regarding compliance and corporate reporting
    • Assist in the management of the P&L reports as well as accounts receivables and payables
    • Implement curriculum along with activities, special events and field trips to enhance learning and development of children
    • Maintain effective interpersonal relationships with parents and children
    • Follow and maintain state requirements regarding training for all staff, annually and upon hire
    • Meet and maintain compliance with all state licensing and training requirements
    • Prioritize and coordinate staff work assignments as needed
    • Maintain flexibility regarding the business demands of the school, including working in classroom and other areas of the school when needed
