Make a difference as a Network Operations Director

As a full-time Network Operations Director at Wisper Internet, you will play a pivotal role in managing our Network Operations Center and infrastructure teams. Monday thru Friday business hours with after hours as needed as determined by the business. This Director role does offer the flexibility to work from home but a minimum of 2 days are required in office. From overseeing 24/7 monitoring and troubleshooting of the network to working closely with field infrastructure teams on maintenance and upgrades, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring peak performance and reliability. Your problem-solving skills will come into play as you collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement and deliver exceptional customer service by executing network projects efficiently.

Requirements for this Network Operations Director job

To excel as a Network Operations Director at Wisper ISP, you'll need a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the ISP industry. Proficiency in troubleshooting Fiber/Wireless/Network systems is essential, as well as 4 years of experience in employee management. An Advanced IP Networking knowledge, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities are crucial for success.

The ability to collaborate effectively under pressure, experience with Fixed Wireless, and competence in low voltage DC Power systems are desired. Project management experience and a commitment to customer service excellence are key aspects of this role. Knowledge and skills required for the position include High School Diploma or equivalent, 6 years of ISP industry experience, 4 years of experience troubleshooting Fiber &/or Wireless/Network systems, 4 years of experience in employee management, Current Driver's License, Regular & predictable attendance required, Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
