Network Operations Manager manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Manager provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Manager leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Restaurant General Managers are responsible for:

    • Leading a team of managers and crew members with all facets of the successful operations for an Arby’s Restaurant in all areas of People, Profitability and Operations
    • Providing a high level of leadership to the restaurant and the employees
    • Setting an example in excellent customer service by ensuring efficient and courteous customer transactions in a friendly environment
    • Working with the District Manager to ensure that Arby’s and Tria company policies and procedures are practiced in a manner that is consistent with company standards and state required laws
    • Performing human resource functions including staffing, training, creating work schedules and supervising all employees, while following company HR policies and applicable laws.
    • Working with vendors in a professional manner, and address customer complaints promptly and politely

    Requirements
    We are looking for individuals with a desire to succeed and grow with a company, preferably with at least 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience leading a unit, 5 years of restaurant experience and the hunger to move your career to the next level!

    • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • Possess a state issued driver’s license
    • Must be able to pass a background check
