Network Operations Manager manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Manager provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies.     Summary:

    Under the direction of the Shared Business Operations Financial leadership, the Program Manager Financial Operations is responsible for contributing to the success of the organization by overseeing and optimizing financial processes and operations within the organization. In addition the Program Manager Financial Operations identifies, scopes, and supports continuous improvement opportunities for the ERP system and SBO Finance operations.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Program Management: Prepare and maintain the Monthly Close Checklists used to provide status to Executive Leadership. Oversee month-end close process, communicate month-end close calendar, facilitate daily month-end close calls, review GL to ensure systems are in balance, create and initiate action plans to resolve GL discrepancies, coordinate and facilitate meetings with cross functional leaders. Monitor and resolve improper posting to facilities not yet live on the new ERP system. Oversee and manage programs related to financial operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and implement program plans, tracking progress and addressing challenges proactively.
    • Continuous Improvement: Provide analysis and support to the SBO FIN team utilizing data tools such as Alteryx and ExO Insight in order to maximize productivity. Design and maintain workflows. Lead initiatives to optimize and streamline financial processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Risk Management: Identify and assess risks related to financial operations, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain robust controls to safeguard financial processes.
    • Communication and collaboration: Troubleshoot FIN Oracle issues which will require coordinating with the Application Support Team, external consultants and others. Work closely with SBO Finance, Corporate Accounting, and operational teams to align financial operations with overall business strategies. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaborative efforts.
    • Conversion Support: Perform monthly data conversions from the legacy system to the new ERP. Participate in site readiness activities for the ERP implementation.
    • Chart of Accounts: Support the SBO FIN and broader teams by maintaining the GL crosswalk, helping to request Chart of Accounts segments and understanding related value sets.
    • FIN Module Ownership: Become the subject matter expert for Oracle EPM to troubleshoot, communicate changes and collaborate with the Application Support Team. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate and enhance financial systems. Ensure seamless communication and data flow between different financial platforms.
    • Budget: Assist with budget preparation and design.

    Qualifications:

    Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from an accredited university required.
    Preferred Education: Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are preferred.

    Required Experience: 3 to 5 years proven experience in financial operations and program management.
    Preferred Experience: Oracle Cloud experience a plus. Strong understanding of financial systems and processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ERP and EPM systems integration experience preferred.

    Computer Skills Required: Google Suite preferred; willingness to learn Oracle and leverage the training, reporting, and process components to excel at role
