Under the direction of the Shared Business Operations Financial leadership, the Program Manager Financial Operations is responsible for contributing to the success of the organization by overseeing and optimizing financial processes and operations within the organization. In addition the Program Manager Financial Operations identifies, scopes, and supports continuous improvement opportunities for the ERP system and SBO Finance operations.

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from an accredited university required.
Preferred Education: Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are preferred.
Required Experience: 3 to 5 years proven experience in financial operations and program management.
Preferred Experience: Oracle Cloud experience a plus. Strong understanding of financial systems and processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ERP and EPM systems integration experience preferred.
Computer Skills Required: Google Suite preferred; willingness to learn Oracle and leverage the training, reporting, and process components to excel at role
