Network Planning Analyst jobs in Winston Salem, NC

Job duties:

• Assist attorneys in drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Facilitate trust funding by assisting with the transfer of assets into trusts, updating beneficiary designations, and coordinating with financial institutions.
• Conduct legal research on estate planning laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and databases.
• Communicate with clients and schedule estate planning meetings.
• Prepare and organize client documents in preparation for meetings.
• Monitor case progress, deadlines, and important time frames.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other paralegals to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.

This is a full-time job and you must be able to work for 40 hours per week. This is an in-office position in Winston-Salem. The pay will be $25-27 per hour.
