Network Service Director directs the operations of the service delivery department for a telecommunications network. Ensures client service is prompt and accurate. Being a Network Service Director is responsible for the design of strategic service plans and promotion of the organization's products or services. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Network Service Director typically reports to a top management. The Network Service Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Summary:
Responsible for the coordination and implementation of new card programs and setups as they relate to card networks across various stakeholders including external (card networks and Processors) and internal (accounting and implementation).
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: None.
Experience: Three to five years of related card network experience and knowledge of card network regulations. Demonstrated experience in card network program implementation. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
