An Automotive dealership in Prattville, Alabama is searching for a Service Director to join our operations.

Our expectations for this position

• Implement strategies and ideas to improve customer retention and satisfaction
• Manager staff and provide support to the department as necessary for any position
• Improve and focus on Effective Labor Rate, Hours per R/O, Hours sold daily, Satisfaction indexes and repair considerations including other key service metrics
• Track warranty, service vehicle and OEM service reports
• Be responsible and accountable to create a positive work environment and change staff as necessary.
• Other duties as required and conveyed necessary and expected of a service director position. You may be required to work rotating Saturdays.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
