Network Service Director directs the operations of the service delivery department for a telecommunications network. Ensures client service is prompt and accurate. Being a Network Service Director is responsible for the design of strategic service plans and promotion of the organization's products or services. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Network Service Director typically reports to a top management. The Network Service Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Position Overview:
This position is responsible for establishing, managing and providing on-going support and technical assistance to local CIS affiliates and communities interested in developing their Board, Executive Director, Program Directors and Site Staff while ensuring all of CISNC and its affiliates deploy the CIS Model with fidelity.
As a member of the Network Support Team, the Director plays an instrumental part in supporting affiliates’ operational excellence; conducting trainings, workshops, and conferences/retreats for affiliate leadership; and other forms of support to affiliates. These supports will strengthen the capacity of local CIS and local boards of directors to sustain operations, deepen impact, and grow reach.
This position is remote and will serve affiliates across North Carolina.
