We are currently taking resumes for an Experienced Service Adviser.

We are a high volume, fast paced, full service automotive repair shop that prides itself on top quality work and excellent customer service. We are AAA approved, ASE Blue Seal and were named the Top Shop in the Nation by Motor Age Magazine.

Position Overview:

The Service Adviser is the face of our company and interacts with our customers to build loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence. This role requires someone who is passionate about taking care of the customer and has the knowledge to educate them about what is going on with their vehicle in terms they can understand. This person must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, great attention to detail and a commitment to furthering their skills as a professional.

Job requirements include:

High School diploma or equivalent Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience Friendly, positive attitude

Professional personal appearance.

High moral standards

General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills Organization and follow-up skills Experience and desire to work with technology Valid in-state driver’s license

Experience with Mitchell management software is a plus

Experience with Bolt On Technologies / digital inspections is a plus

ASE certification preferred
