Job Summary: The Manager Lab Services Operations coordinates department activities including budget development, equipment quality control and maintenance, inventory and ordering of supplies, and performance improvement. This job is responsible for all operational functions including hiring, supervising and evaluating laboratory staff. This position will, under the direction of the Director and oversight from the Medical Director, conduct internal auditing to ensure Network compliance with CAP and other regulatory agencies.
