Overview
Global Network Services (GNS) is responsible for the engineering, deployment, and operation of the Bank's Group-wide Information Technology (IT) network for all areas of the Bank and the oversight of Data Centre Services (DCS).
You will be an integral part of the Bank’s technology infrastructure. You will work across all Network and Data Centre functions and regions related to Resourcing and Financials.

What You’ll Do
Independent and self-sufficiently run reports and investigate discrepancies. Reports can be related to Financials (like aged accruals) but also Resource related (pending changes in Workday)
Support Management with analysis, investigations, and tracking. This could be Financial related (like forecasting) but also Resource related.
Support the creation of Business Case and executive Management presentations
Governance of people data in Workday to ensure accuracy and up to date information at all times. This includes accurate Pos / Vendor information for Externals but also reporting lines or hiring status
Update documentation such as Key Desktop Procedure (KOP)
Collaboratively work with other GNS / DCS colleagues on BM activities which require excellent communication, such as Newsletter, townhalls, my Deutsche Bank updates and representation etc
Skills You’ll Need
Experience with Resource / Headcount Management (experience with the Workday system are an advantage)
Experience in general Financial Management / Accounting) Experience with Ariba system are an advantage)
Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Financial Management / Accounting / Business Administration
Advanced MS knowledge
Excellent English written and communications skills

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $78,000 to $111,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
