    YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

    As a Service Manager, you're at the helm of overseeing service departments and controlling costs while simultaneously fostering client relationships to build a loyal clientele base. Your role involves maintaining positive employee relations, setting and achieving sales and profit targets, and meticulously recording service activities. You spend time preparing auto repair orders, making recommendations, and developing estimates for our clients.

    You're instrumental in planning, training, and guiding service technicians and advisors, ensuring top-notch performance to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. From greeting customers and confirming appointments to explaining complex information in an easy-to-understand manner, your upbeat demeanor and hands-on approach ensure seamless service experiences for all!

    Here's what we need from you:

    • 3 years of experience in dealership or independent store management
    • 3 years of experience as a mechanic (must be able to fix cars if needed)
    • 2 years of experience as a service advisor
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Professional appearance
    • Ability to create and maintain excellent customer relations
    • Strong desire for above-average CSI
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to train and manage all service staff
    • Strong computer and internet skills, including experience/skills with a CRM system
    • Ability to pass a license/motor vehicle record check
