What you will do:

Service Manager is responsible for supporting the crew leaders in their division while bringing all calls to effective resolution.

• Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedure.
• Review performance data that includes financials, sales, activity reports, and spreadsheets to monitor and measure departments  productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness.  
• Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.

Requirements

• Able to communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers. Capable to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.

• Must have a working knowledge of general industry standards.
• Must have 5 Years experience in the plumbing/HVAC service industry.
