About the Role: LSP is seeking two Customer Service Representative to join one of our growing teams in Manasquan, NJ.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and courteous manner. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships, managing and documenting customer interactions, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall service quality.

Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- 1 Year experience required
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to grow, you need to be ambitious
- Quick Learner
