This opportunity will encompass working from a furnished model, securing our realtor base through visiting realtor offices, understanding area competition, training on back to basics sales skills, working with customers to secure their home and homesite and overall teamwork. The ideal candidate will have direct on-site selling experience within the new home industry.
-Assist clients through their new home purchase and building process.
-Negotiate and complete sales contracts for new home purchases.
