As a Teller/New Accounts Representative at Regional Missouri Bank you’ll be the face of our operations department, providing top-notch service and expert knowledge on all our products. What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to expert for ordering checks, debit cards, and ATM cards.
• Process transactions with precision and ensure compliance with all bank procedures.
• Contribute to our customers’ financial well-being by accepting loan payments and managing account inquiries.
• Keep our financial engine running smoothly by balancing the cash drawer daily.
• Build lasting relationships by resolving customer issues and promoting our diverse range of financial products.
• Stay ahead of the curve with our online and mobile banking platforms.

• Proven experience (1-3 years) as a teller or in a similar role is preferred.
• A solid educational foundation with at least a high school diploma or GED.

• Monday – Thursday
  • 7:45 am to 3:00 pm Lobby hours
  • 7:45 am to 5:00 pm Drive up hours
• Friday
  • 7:45 am to 5:00 pm
• Saturday
  • 8:45 am to 12:15 pm (rotating schedule)
