Being a New Accounts Representative provides information and answers questions regarding interest rates, fees, and bank policies. May complete process to transfer accounts for customers. Additionally, New Accounts Representative makes appropriate referrals to cross-sell a variety of bank services. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The New Accounts Representative possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to expert for ordering checks, debit cards, and ATM cards.
- Process transactions with precision and ensure compliance with all bank procedures.
- Contribute to our customers’ financial well-being by accepting loan payments and managing account inquiries.
- Keep our financial engine running smoothly by balancing the cash drawer daily.
- Build lasting relationships by resolving customer issues and promoting our diverse range of financial products.
- Stay ahead of the curve with our online and mobile banking platforms.

- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a teller or in a similar role is preferred.
- A solid educational foundation with at least a high school diploma or GED.
