As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll join a dynamic creative agency where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of corporate events and creative projects. From start to finish, you will ensure that each project is executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget, while upholding CG Creative’s standards and exceeding client expectations.
What You’ll Do:
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Lead the planning and execution of client projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve project objectives.
- Manage a multidisciplinary project team, setting goals, deadlines, and monitoring progress.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
- Oversee internal staff and vendors.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in Project Management, ideally in an agency setting.
- Certification in Project Management preferred.
- Prior experience in Project Management of Events, Creative, or Software Development projects required.
- Experience leading a team and supervising direct reports preferred.
- Experience integrating AI technology into Project Management preferred.
- Experience working with Procim is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Google Workspace is a must.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a flexible and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work in an evolving environment.
- Professional and positive approach.

Compensation:
