New Products Project Manager jobs in Springfield, MO

The Agile Scrum Project Manager will drive the timely delivery of new products and features for the entire DMP line of products while working with Product Managers, Engineering, Leadership, and others.  

Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent.
• 5 years Project Management experience
• Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
• Scrum Master certification (CSM)
• Hands-on experience leading software and hardware product development teams

Responsibilities:

• Creating project plans that include setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Work with engineering leadership to coordinate engineering resources and availability across all engineering groups, ensuring projects remain within scope, and schedule, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, manage change to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
