    ABOUT THE JOB: The Promotions Producer is responsible for videoing, photographing, and producing a wide range of product and marketing related materials such as product videos, training videos, presentations, product documentation, training materials, and other communications for internal and external end-users.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Analyze and interpret information for project needs, then assemble and verify the necessary information through interviews, research of existing materials, and hands-on use of equipment.
    • Create videos by site scouting, story-boarding, framing shots, determining lighting needs, shooting angles, audio production, and voice overs.
    • Author, design, and produce a wide range of information/products for publication in video, print and electronic delivery according to company’s style guides; this includes editing, designing, and publishing content.
    • Film and Produce marketing, sales, and training videos.
    • Photograph company work, products, employees, and events that will be used for websites, promotional material, and social media.
    • Retouch, resize and enhance images according to brand specifications as needed using Photoshop or other photography software.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, Fine Arts, Journalism, or video production related field and/or three (3) years of direct work experience.
    • Must have working knowledge of Adobe Suite products including but not limited to After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Light Room, Adobe Encoder to name a few.
    • Proficient in video editing with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
    • Must have extensive knowledge of photography equipment including lightning and software.
    • Through knowledge of computer imaging, photographic techniques, and color composition.
    • Advance verbal and written communication skills.
    • Creative with extraordinary eye for detail.
    • Experienced computer operator who easily adapts to new software; familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat is required.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask; works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • Professional personal presentation.
    • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
    • Ability to work effectively across internal and external teams.
    • Willing and able to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
    • Ability to travel.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license.
    • Must be able to carry a ladder and climb on roofs
    • Must be able to submit videos and photos from portfolio
