LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Minimum: Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree (DO). Board Certified in the physician's associated specialty.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Minimum: Physician's unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of California. Must meet all requirements for membership and unrestricted clinical privileges of the CH Medical Staff. DEA and AHA BLS.
Preferred: Successful completion of specialty fellowship.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum: Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics. Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects, and contraindications. In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices.
YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Proven experience working in clinical practice as a physician.
