Your Responsibilities
Reflect our Core Values in all interactions, ensuring an excellent customer experience
Must be able to perform detailed property inspections for both residential and commercial customers, including crawl space, interior, exterior, and attic spaces
Take ownership of your routes as if you’re the owner
Provide recommended treatment and prevention methods utilizing integrated pest management and best practices
Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer concerns and issues
Effectively manage scheduled, unscheduled, and rescheduled service appointments
Maintain an extensive knowledge of recurring pest services, including termite, pest, and mosquito
Maintain company vehicle for a professional appearance
Some work outside of standard business hours may be required-Service homes throughout the day
What skills and experience are required?
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in problem-solving
Must be professional in appearance, with excellent communication skills, friendly disposition, and ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population
Ability to use required technology and industry equipment
Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment drug screen, pass MVR, and maintain a clean driving record
Licensing/Certification required when applicable
