The ideal candidate for this role should be fluent in Chinese and English. As a NP/PA in our clinic, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations.
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases etc.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on preventive care and health promotion.
Prescribe medications and therapies within the scope of practice and state regulations.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies.
Collaborate with the medical team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records.

Qualifications:
Current and valid NP license in the state of New York.
