Nurse Practitioner - Neonatal works in collaboration with a physician to assess the physical needs of newborn patients. Provides care for newborns and infants in a neonatal setting. Being a Nurse Practitioner - Neonatal orders, interprets, and records results of clinical tests and reports results to physicians. Prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment. Additionally, Nurse Practitioner - Neonatal requires a master's degree. Typically reports to a physician. Requires Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) in specialty area based on RN licensure and state authority for advanced practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions to include providing support in areas of recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, medical leave tracking, file and record management, policy management and HRIS.
Duties:
- Conduct recruitment efforts for all positions within the organization
- Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries
- Oversee compliance with FMLA and other relevant employment laws
- HR policy and procedure guidance
- HRIS responsibility to include data entry, status changes and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven experience in HR sourcing, talent management, and benefits administration
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
