    Job Description:

    Join our team as a PRN Nurse Practitioner and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care to individuals on their journey to recovery from substance abuse. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide vital medical support in our Ohio facility.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct health assessments and collaborate in the development of individualized treatment plans for clients with substance abuse challenges.
    • Provide medical care, including medication management, for individuals seeking recovery.
    • Monitor and document client health progress, ensuring that treatment goals are aligned with their medical needs.
    • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to coordinate comprehensive care.
    • Offer medical education and support to clients and their families.
    • Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of substance abuse treatment.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in nursing.
    • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio.
    • Prior experience in providing medical care for individuals with substance abuse challenges.
    • Strong clinical and assessment skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and medical care skills.
    • Knowledge of evidence-based medical approaches for substance use disorders.
