LTC Physician Care LLC is looking to hire a licensed and credentialed Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner who will provide palliative care treatment and consultation to chronically ill patients under the supervision of one or more physicians to optimize quality of life.
The nurse practitioner is an extension of the physician; being able to provide full palliative care across all patient types. The nurse practitioner is able to prescribe medication with physician approval, order and interpret tests, and recommend treatment of patients.
