We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill our full time opening for a Direcor of Rehabilitation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. from an approved school of Physical Therapy, MS preferred. Must have at least 6 years of experience with 3 in a supervisory position.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Responsible for the management and administration of personnel, policies, procedures, systems, supplies and equipment of the OT/PT/ST departments to insure the efficient delivery of quality services for residents. Initiates operational and other improvements within the Rehabilitation department. Recommends to Administration and executes and coordinates new programs. Insures quality care and cpompliance governing health care regulations and administrative policies. Makes recommendations to Administration for purposes of budgeting for department. Controls departmental expenditures on an ongoing basis.
HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full time exempt position.
