Nursing Director - Nursing Home jobs in West Virginia
Nursing Director - Nursing Home administers the nursing program in a nursing home in order to maintain standards of patient care. Advises management, patient care staff and administrators in matters related to nursing service. Being a Nursing Director - Nursing Home recommends establishment or revision of policies and develops organizational structure and standards of performance. Interprets policies and objectives of nursing service to staff and community groups. Additionally, Nursing Director - Nursing Home typically requires an advanced degree of nursing. - Previous experience preferred but not necessary
Flexible Scheduling
- 8, 12, or 16 hour shifts available
- $3/$4 shift differentials for afternoon and evening hours and all weekend shifts
- Gift checks for shift pick up
Weekend Warrior
- Ability to be scheduled 16 hour shifts on Saturday's and Sunday's and be paid for a full 40 hours
