Northridge Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 94-bed skilled nursing facility located Manitowoc, WI. We have an exciting opportunity for a leader driven Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team in providing the best quality of care to our residents.
As Director of Nursing, you will have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff and working alongside the Facility Administrator. This is done with federal and state regulatory compliance while following policies and procedures. This position is the point person and liaison between the residents and families while providing excellent follow up and customer service.
