Location: Skilled Nursing Facility in Southwest Maine

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our facility. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage and supervise staff, including nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure that all residents receive appropriate care based on their individual needs
- Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate healthcare services for residents
- Implement programs and activities to enhance the quality of life for residents
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members
- Handle any issues or concerns raised by residents or their families
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Nursing Home Administrator
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and procedures
- Proven experience and track record of success as an LNHA
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
