    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative, clinical, and support staff, fostering a positive work culture and promoting professional development.
    • Oversee financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation activities, including billing, collections, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
    • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, medical staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care plans, treatment protocols, and discharge planning processes.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the facility, residents, families, regulatory agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders, fostering open communication and addressing concerns promptly.
    • Monitor facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment, addressing issues related to infection control, environmental safety, and emergency preparedness.
    • Implement quality assurance and performance improvement programs to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
    • Participate in strategic planning, business development, and marketing initiatives to enhance the facility's reputation, occupancy rates, and financial viability.
    • Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations, reimbursement policies, and industry trends, adapting facility operations and practices accordingly.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
    • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) or equivalent state licensure required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare administration, with at least 1 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
    • Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement systems, and healthcare management principles.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation.
