Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. This is a leadership role that requires strong managerial skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Oversee the documentation review process to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and optimal patient care
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in nursing practices and technologies
- Ensure compliance with resident rights and promote a culture of resident-centered care

Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in the state of California
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and acute care practices
- Experience in nurse management and staff development
- Familiarity with home health and nursing home systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
