Nursing Home Director directs and conducts the day-to-day activities of the nursing home in accordance with established policies. Implements changes to improve nursing home and reviews ongoing activities. Being a Nursing Home Director communicates with patients to ensure quality care. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Nursing Home Director typically reports to top management. The Nursing Home Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Nursing Home Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Alliance Nursing provides critical nursing services called private duty nursing to infants, children and adults with complex medical and developmental conditions who may require mechanical ventilation to breathe, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions. Nurses will be clinically competent while delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation, and documentation. Nurses will effectively interact with patients, families and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Current Washington State Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse license without restrictions | RN or LPN
