Nursing Services Instructor is responsible for identifying training needs and planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of staff development programs within an assigned area of responsibility. Coordinates in-service training, continuing education, orientation, competency reviews, and other related training functions. Being a Nursing Services Instructor ensures compliance with all State and Federal guidelines for in-service education and new employee orientation. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Additionally, Nursing Services Instructor requires Registered Nurse (RN) License. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Nursing Services Instructor occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing.

Benefits: Paid Vacation: 14 days paid vacation annually, eligible after 6 months FT work.
Paid Sick Leave: 1 hours of paid sick time off per every week.
Benefits eligible after 3 months FT work: Medical insurance, 401K.
Schedule: Office Hours: Monday- Friday 0800-1630.
This position is apx 50/50 in the field and the office
On-Call rotation.
