75 / hr -CNA base pay per hour plus $2.00 / hr shift premium, if hired for 2nd shift. $13.75 / hr-CNA base pay per hour plus $1.
00 / hr shift premium, if hired for 3rd shift. $13.75 / hr-CNA base pay per hour. No shift premium, if hired for 1st shift.
Attendance Incentive Pay for CNAs is $2.00 / hr in addition to base pay, if employee complies with the 4 rules attached to the Incentive Pay program on a per pay-period basis.
Cannot have any absences during a 2 week pay-period.2. Has to clock in on time during shift.3. Has to clock out on time at end of shift.
