Occupational Medicine Director directs the design and implementation of occupational medicine service offerings that support the needs of local businesses and workers. Develops programs, guidelines, and standards for occupational service delivery that support the organization's overall strategy. Additionally, Occupational Medicine Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. The Occupational Medicine Director manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function.     Occupational Therapist

    Responsibilities:
    - Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
    - Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
    - Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
    - Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to enhance daily living activities
    - Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the treatment process
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

    Experience:
    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
    - Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
    - Previous experience in speech therapy or case management is a plus
    - Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and modalities
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
