Being an Occupational Therapy Director tracks and monitors patient progress to evaluate treatment plans and service effectiveness. Recruits, hires, and trains staff to provide optimal service in alignment with the organization's goals and standards. Additionally, Occupational Therapy Director remains knowledgeable of industry developments and trends and recommends improvements to equipment, processes, or practices to expand or improve offerings.
