Occupational Therapy Director directs the programs and staff of the occupational therapy department. Sets and implements guidelines for occupational therapy programs. Being an Occupational Therapy Director monitors patient progress and treatment plans. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Occupational Therapy Director typically reports to top management. The Occupational Therapy Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Occupational Therapy Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Office Assistant/Light Household Chores
OT Clinic is seeking a self-motivated part-time Office Assistant . There are two different shifts that are available, M-Thurs. Between the hours of 11:00am to 3:00pm. Fridays 8:30-2pm . Or Temporary position starting in May for Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 3pm - 7:30pm. Must be reliable, punctual, professional in appearance and manner, and great at multi-tasking. Type at least 25 wpm. Must have moderate computer skills. Comfortable answering phones, greeting adult and pediatric clients, self-starter, very flexible. Willing to do a variety of tasks including scheduling, filing, computer work, social media including listing on Ebay, Marketplace and Mail Chimp, organizing, light household chores including (One load of laundry a week or every other week, taking out the trash, watering plants, carry 5-20lbs up or down stairs.
