Occupational Therapy Director directs the programs and staff of the occupational therapy department. Sets and implements guidelines for occupational therapy programs. Being an Occupational Therapy Director monitors patient progress and treatment plans. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Occupational Therapy Director typically reports to top management. The Occupational Therapy Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Occupational Therapy Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Description
HTS is currently hiring Occupational Therapy Assistants to join the PRN team at a continuing care retirement community located in South Bend, Indiana. The OTA in this position will treat a variety of patients on an as needed, PRN basis. PRN with HTS is very flexible: work when your availability matches our coverage needs.
Also hiring PRN for facilities located in New Carlisle, Plymouth and Goshen, Indiana
We are looking for an individual who thrives in a positive work environment and who wants to practice the therapy craft in a supportive, development-oriented workplace.
Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
