Responsibilities:

• Dentrix experience is a must
• Schedule patient appointments
• Confirm appointments
• File and pull charts
• Process payments
• Collections
• Insurance coordination
• Assist patients with paper work and scan them
• Conducts work in compliance with office guidelines and policies
• Actively participates in the achievement of patient satisfaction
• Achievement of office goals by working efficiently & providing a high level of patient services

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills (knowledge of Dentrix is a must)
• Good listener
• Strong customer service skills
• Multitasker
• Excellent Communication Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15 - $23.00 /hour

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
