REPORTS TO: Maintenance Manager
FLSA: Hourly Non-Exempt
POSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible for providing technical repair and support to the various machinery found in the production areas and the equipment that is found within the building and systems.
POSITION HOURS:
Assigned 8 or 12 hour schedule
Flexibility for occasional overtime and call-in work required.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the design, programming, assembly, installation, and support of automation projects throughout Berry Plastics Corporation. Ideal candidate will have strong background in automation and mechanical hands-on experience. This person will be the project technical lead and may be responsible for some project management activities.
