Responsibilities:
- Maintain office systems and supervise staff to support company operations.
- Organize office operations and procedures, prepare payroll, control correspondence, design filing systems, review and approve supply requisitions, and assign and monitor clerical functions to maintain office services.
- Define procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records to provide historical reference.
- Plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement to maintain office efficiency.
- Establish standards and procedures, measure results against standards, and make necessary adjustments to design and implement office policies.
- Schedule and assign employees, follow up on work results, review and analyze special reports, and identify trends to complete operational requirements.
- Recruit, select, orient, and train employees to maintain an office staff.
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees plan, monitor, and appraise job results to maintain office staff job results.
- Prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to achieve financial objectives.
