Office Services Associate jobs in Altus, OK

Our office is growing and we need someone who we can trust to be a friendly face! The position offered is part time; full time is a possibility.

The Telemarkerting individual needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in.

No prior experience is necessary

Hourly pay : $11 an hour plus a bonus structure (will explain in further detail at the interview).

This will be a 20-40 hour work week from Monday to Friday. (Flexible Schedule)

Responsibilities

Have full responsibility over digital marketing and community campaigns.

Communicate with leads and prospects.

Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.

Answer incoming phone calls.

Process customer billing information.

Requirement

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Great customer service skills.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Great oral and written communication skills
