OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER oversees and manages the daily activities of office staff to ensure efficient operations, service delivery and expense control. Develops and implements procedures and policies for all administrative activities. Being an OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER typically manages record-keeping, document preparation, mail distribution, reception, bill or invoice processing, maintenance services, technical support, project coordination/scheduling, and other related internal operations. Oversees the selection of vendors and the purchase of office equipment and supplies. Additionally, OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER coordinates resources to troubleshoot, determine the best solutions, and solve problems. Tracks and analyzes operational costs and monitors budget. Recruits, trains, and coaches office staff to achieve optimal performance. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Office Manager

    Requirements :

    • Experience with MS Office and/or Google Docs/Sheets and customer service experience. Childcare management software experience is a plus!

    Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

    • General parent reception of answering phones, taking payments, responding to e-mails, etc.
    • Use enrollment/accounting software to enroll new children and maintain parent accounts
    • Coordinate with DSS for subsidized family accounts
    • Update classroom paperwork--attendance sheets, applications, handbooks, etc.
    • Update company website and Facebook pages
    • Order office and general supplies as needed
    • Update advertising material (flyers, brochures, etc.)
    • File office and keep office organized
