Gas Station Attendant must be 18 years of age

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. As a Gas Station Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

Duties:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and provide instructions on how to operate the pumps

- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

- Upsell products such as snacks, beverages, and assorted car fluids

- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate fuel measurements and cash handling

- Conduct product demonstrations for customers when necessary

- Maintain cleanliness of the gas station, including pumps, and surrounding areas

- Monitor fuel levels and restock supplies as needed

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

- Fill propane tanks ( will get certified through us)

Qualifications:

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner

- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions

- Basic math skills for accurate calculations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
