Oil and Gas Field Supervisor supervises field staff that maintains and services oil and gas production facilities. Oversees testing and monitoring of wells, pumps, storage facilities and other equipment. Being an Oil and Gas Field Supervisor is responsible for safety of staff and production facilities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Oil and Gas Field Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Oil and Gas Field Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Oil and Gas Field Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. As a key member of our technical sales team, you will leverage your domain expertise in flow assurance/asset performance/process optimisation/maintenance to play a crucial role in promoting our cutting-edge software solutions in collaboration with our sales team. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coach and collaborate effectively.

    Key responsibilities
    • To be successful in this position, we expect you to leverage and be a critical asset in the following areas:

    Customer Engagement:
    • Engage directly with clients to understand their specific technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the broader sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contribute to building a robust sales pipeline.
    Technical discussions:
    • Leverage in-depth technical knowledge of our Industrial SaaS and its applications in oil & gas domain to conduct technical discussions with clients and convince clients of our value proposition 
    • Provide on-site technical support to clients and partners, ensuring seamless implementation and integration
    Partner Sales Collaboration:
    • Work closely with partner sales teams to help achieve their sales goals and objectives.
    • Support partners in incorporating our software solutions into their sales motions effectively
    Coaching:
    • Coach and mentor partner sales teams, imparting technical knowledge and sales strategies
    • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to empower partners with the skills required for successful sales engagements
    Collaboration with product organization:
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software solutions based on field feedback


    Qualifications and key criteria
    • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
    • Experience in technical sales within the industrial software sector is desirable
    • Strong understanding of industrial processes and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
    • Excellent presentation and coaching skills
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
    • Proficiency in Spanish is an asset
    • Proficiency in English is a requirement
    • Located in Americas, middle east or southeast Asia, but other regions will be considered for highly qualified candidates
    • Ability to travel/internationally and regionally 30-60% of the time
